Dance Sessions 
Participants of all ages and abilities will learn how to expand their range of movement while discovering new ways of moving their bodies and connecting to other people.
Emphasis is on the playful discovery of dance and rhythm through an improvisational structure.
Teachers and caregivers will discover how to provide creative dance programs to those in their care. All of the movement education workshops can be adapted for working with specific groups such as children with special needs, kids at risk, adults with developmental differences.
